Nakon dugodišnjeg angažovanja u svojstvu naučnog saradnika na Ekonomskom institutu u Tuzli, te prethodnih nastavničkih zvanja, biran u zvanje redovnog profesora (2009). Glavni urednik časopisa za ekonomiju i politiku tranzicije “TRANZICIJA”(Tuzla-Vitez-Zagreb-Beograd-Bukurešt) i urednik Journal of Economics and International business (CIRCLE London and University VITEZ), te član redakcija nekoliko inostranih časopisa. Član Ekonomskog odbora Akademije nauka i umjetnosti BiH. Kao autor ili koautor objavio je 12 knjiga i naučnih monografija, nekoliko strategija razvoja i preko 100 naučnoistraživačkih i stručnih radova publikovanih u recentnim znanstvenim časopisima i prezentiranim na uglednim međunarodnim i domaćim naučnim i stručnim konferencijama.
After many years of involvement as an associate at the Institute of Economics in Tuzla, and previous teaching positions, he was selected to the position of full professor (2009). He is chief editor of the magazine for economics and politics of transition "TRANSITION" (Tuzla-Vitez-Zagreb-Belgrade Bucharest) and editor of the Journal of Economics and International Business (CIRCLE London and University Vitez), and member of editorial boards of several foreign magazines as well as a member of the Economic Committee of the Academy of Arts and Sciences of Bosnia and Herzegovina. As an author and co-author, he has published 12 books, several development strategies and scientific monographies and over 100 scientific-research papers published in the recognized journals and presented at the respectful international and domestic scietific conferences.
