Vanjski saradnik Ekonomskog fakulteta od 2013. godine. Fokusirana je na rad i istraživanje u oblasti poduzetništva, menadžmenta malih biznisa i projektnog menadžmenta. Bila je član GEM (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor – Globalni monitor poduzetništva) nacionalnog tima BiH koji implementira najveći svjetski akademski istraživački projekt iz oblasti poduzetništva. Njeno radno iskustvo obuhvata rad u vladinom i nevladinom sektoru, kao i na Univerzitetu. Bila je projektni asistent Business start up centra Univerziteta u Tuzli. Kao autor ili koautor objavila je 6 naučnih monografija, 8 naučnoistraživačkih i stručnih radova publikovanih i prezentiranih na uglednim međunarodnim i domaćim naučnim konferencijama. Autor i koautor je niza brošura i vodiča iz područja poduzetništva.
External associate of the Faculty of Economics from 2013. She is focused on the work and research in the field of entrepreneurship, management of SMEs and project management. She was a member of the GEM (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina which implements the world's largest academic research project in the field of entrepreneurship. Her work experience includes working in the governmental and non-governmental sector, as well as the University. She was project assistant at the Business Start Up Centre at University of Tuzla. As an author and co-author, she has published6 scientific monographies, 8 scientific and research papers published and presented at the respectful international and national scientific conferences. Author and co-author of a series of brochures and guides in the field of entrepreneurship.
